Chipotle has adopted a code of its human resources department that it says makes it easier for workers to communicate with one another.
In a statement, the company said that its HR team is “more than capable of working with employees to ensure they feel supported and valued”.

The company has also said that there will be “no more burritos” at the new Chipotle Express location in Chicago, which has been the target of several protests.
The company has not yet revealed how many employees have signed up for the new HR program, but said that the “more HR departments” will include more “personals” and “team members”.
The new HR code was announced in January.
The Chipotle chain has been a target of protests by Black Lives Matter protesters who say that the company is failing to address systemic racism in the US.
The chain has also been hit by an anti-Semitic hate crime after a man wrote a message on the back of a receipt claiming he was a Jewish terrorist.
