Rutgers University has hired the best human resources firm in the world to help it hire the best employees.
The hiring of the firm by the New Jersey-based consulting firm HRG has been well-received by employees and the public.
The hiring of HRG comes as Rutgers is facing a staffing crunch.
The university announced in March that it would cut 20 percent of its workforce and hire at least 200 more people.
The firm has also been known to do business in other states.
It also has offices in Texas, Florida, New York, California, and Nevada.
The company hired its first employees in Texas in 2010.
HRG also works with other companies in the healthcare, aerospace, and energy industries, according to the firm.
The New Jersey Times reported that Rutgers hired HRG because the firm could be a resource for the school.
It said the hiring was “in line with Rutgers’ goals to diversify its workforce to include candidates with diverse backgrounds and experience in fields such as engineering, finance, accounting, healthcare, human resources and more.”
The hiring by HRG, which is based in New Jersey, has already had an impact.
Rutgers says it has seen an uptick in applications for the position, which had a minimum salary of $62,000.
