Posted August 15, 2018 09:59:31 A new report has revealed that women are still being prevented from voting in America.
The study was commissioned by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and found that at least two million American women are currently unable to vote.
The report found that there were a total of 1.6 million women in the United States who are unable to cast their vote due to being in prison or incarcerated.
The report said that women of color are particularly vulnerable.
“The lack of representation of women in voting capacity is a direct result of discrimination and lack of equality,” said the report.
According to the study, women of all ages, races, and ethnicities are disproportionately impacted by the barriers that exist in the voting process.
A large number of women have been incarcerated in the US and are currently being denied access to the vote due the country’s history of racial and gender-based discrimination.
For example, a woman in the state of Texas has been denied the opportunity to vote because of her race.
It was also revealed that in the year 2000, the United Kingdom banned voting by women due to their race.
The British Government did not ban voting by black men either.
In 2013, the U.S. was the only country in the world to not have any federal laws that would require voters to present photo identification when casting their vote.
It is now the highest number of states with no voter ID requirements.
Other factors that disproportionately affect women include lack of access to health care, lack of affordable housing, lack, of child care, and lack thereof.
Women are disproportionately affected by the state’s reliance on food stamps and Medicaid.
The U.N. report found a staggering 8.4 million Americans have been forced to cut back on their diet due to the lack of adequate nutrition.
This is not to mention the lack that exists for women of colour.
In the United Arab Emirates, women are denied the same rights as men, with one of the highest rates of maternal mortality in the Middle East.
However, there are some positive signs that the U,S.
is beginning to address these issues.
In December, President Donald Trump announced a $1.5 billion investment in healthcare and nutrition programs in the country.
During his visit to the United Nation’s General Assembly in September, President Trump also announced the establishment of a Commission on Women and Girls, which will provide an opportunity for the country to address gender issues in education, employment, housing, and more.
Despite the progress made in the past few years, the report states that there is still more work to be done.
